Pending order verification and credit approval, orders should arrive as specified above. Your estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout and included in your order confirmation email. Your items may also arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date.
GALLERY NAIDOO reserves the right to send packages via chosen alternative shipping methods based on the shipping destination as long as orders will arrive within the arrival targets outlined on our website.
International Shipments
Unfortunately our courier service TUNL does not deliver to Namibia, Central African Republic, Equatorial Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Sierra Leone, Syria and Yemen, Andorra, Comoros, Cuba, Falkland Islands, Iran, Johnston Island, Kiribati, Mayotte, Myanmar, Nauru, Niue, North Korea, Russia, St Helena, St Pierre and Miquelon, São Tomé and Príncipe, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sudan, Tajikistan, Tokelau, Tuvalu and Wake Island.
They also don’t deliver to PO boxes, so customers need to provide a physical street address.
All international shipments shall be estimated by our shipment agent TUNL during checkout. International orders are shipped from warehouses in South Africa. You will be shown Import VAT and Handling Fees during checkout based on your specific country import regulations, however you may have to still pay that on receiving delivery in your country.
